Start here

Find the scheme before chasing the document.

A Luxembourg Pillar 2 pension is a supplementary pension connected to work. The first useful result is not always a PDF. It is knowing that a scheme exists and identifying the manager responsible for its data.

MyGuichet shows the scheme and its manager. Once you know the manager, ask for your current statement. Depending on the provider, it may be called a statement of acquired rights, a relevé de droits acquis, an individual statement or an individual certificate.

Official route

Check MyGuichet first.

You need a private MyGuichet eSpace and registration in Luxembourg's National Registry of Natural Persons (RNPP).

  1. 01

    Open your private MyGuichet eSpace

Open MyGuichet and sign in with LuxTrust.
  2. 02

    Open My data

In your private eSpace, choose the "My data" section.
  3. 03

    Open Employment

    Within Employment, choose "Supplementary pension".
  4. 04

    Note the scheme and manager

Record the scheme manager shown for each entry. This is the organization to contact for more detail or a correction.

Reading the record

What MyGuichet may show.

The exact details vary by scheme. The statement may include:

Old-age and personal-contribution components
Entry and exit dates, financial-year dates, vesting date, manager, affiliate status, mathematical reserves where applicable, and paid premiums or contributions where applicable. Reserves and premiums are not displayed for defined-benefit schemes.
Death and invalidity components
Financial-year dates, manager and affiliate status.
Liquidated benefits
The relevant component, triggering event, status where applicable, gross amount, tax withheld where applicable, dependency contribution, liquidated amount and liquidation date.

If the information looks wrong, IGSS recommends contacting the scheme manager directly.

Next step

Ask the manager for the detailed statement.

Use the manager named in MyGuichet, on a payslip or on an annual pension letter. Ask for the current statement used by that scheme. If the scheme uses a different document name, ask for the document showing your current acquired rights or individual benefit record.

Ready-to-send request

Replace the bracketed details before sending.
