Questions about Clerio.
Plain answers about the closed beta, pension documents and how Clerio works.

Clerio brings pension records from different countries and employers into one place. It helps you see what you have, what may be missing and what to check next.
Clerio is currently in closed beta. The public guides are available to everyone, while product access is limited to beta members.
Clerio is being developed for people with pensions in more than one country. During the closed beta, coverage is limited and expanding system by system. We will be clear about what is supported as access grows.

No. Clerio helps you organize and understand your pension information. Official pension institutions and scheme managers remain the source of record.
No. Clerio is a planning tool. It helps you organize information, understand estimates and identify questions to follow up. It does not replace financial, legal or tax advice.
Documents and privacy
Yes. Closed-beta members can upload pension documents through their Clerio account. Please do not send pension statements or identity documents through the public contact form or by email.
Pension documents are sensitive personal information. Access to the closed beta is limited, and documents are uploaded inside the product rather than sent by email or through a public form. If you have a specific privacy or security question, contact us and we will answer it directly.
Access
Clerio is in closed beta. People with beta access can use a personal account and upload pension documents. The public guides remain available to everyone.
Use the beta access form to tell us which countries your pension records come from and what you want help with. We review each request and reply by email. If the current beta fits your situation, you will receive a separate account invitation.
